• (from April) How to deal with EFES releases? (MFi/GB)

• decide on automatic submodule pull from Stylesheets branch to EFES subdirectory

• NOTE for users of EFES that documents need to be customized outside of Stylesheets folder if the project is not aligned to EpiDoc

• (link to ongoing discussion about project parameterisation in EpiDoc Reference Stylesheets)

• EFES release should be tested a week before release, alongside everything else. (We are not sure if one can submodule-pull into a branch?)

• TO DO: follow-up meeting (GB, HC, MF, EMy, PY) to discuss, and report back to EDAG June. Done MF. Awaiting reply. 

• To be added to the documentation:

• Submodule for the stylesheets (in the main EFES repo)

• If I clone EFES, I will get the submodule

• If I fork EFES, I will not get the submodule until I pull --recurse-submodules

• If I use GitHub Desktop, we will see what happens

• How to check out and pull in updates (in forks)

• What if I pull a recent one and I want to go back (in forks)

• For the ReleaseProc: update the tags and the readme

• Check that the submodule commit has been changed

• Discussion on distinction between <supplied reason=”subaudible”> and <supplied reason=”explanation”>. The examples in the Guidelines must be modified because they do not really correspond to “subaudible” but to “explanation”.
