• Release 9.6 troubleshooting! - high priority!

• MedCyprus params hinder Emmanuelles’s fix to Bug #183 - fix it or postpone it?

• postpone to next release but the fix will be pushed in a branch by EMo so it can be tested

• question arises: best practice on how to name branches in GitHub - It’s good practice to indicate the SF ticket number (eg #183) in the comments

• backstop for future breakage in TEI stylesheets? (Futureproofing conversation with @HughCayless needed?)

• can we have the schema spec without useless XSLT things that break us?

• EFES submodules for EpiDoc Stylesheets?

• lock EFES to an EpiDoc version (“v9.6”), rather than "latest"?

• Check and enhance ReleaseProc (Gdoc with track changes)

• MF et al. Release tonight

• GB, MF, NW discuss releaseproc separately

• EMo commit milestone fixes tomorrow, test before next release

• GB will commit MedCY fixes tomorrow (or later)

• Project “Altergraphy” on Chinese inscriptions (Lia Wei): need for an EpiDoc regular consultant.

• ask Alessio if it is a paid job: the reply has been sent on 19th of March to the group by AS for discussion

• The following points require a decision:

• EMo proposes thematic sessions for each project

• GB suggests Markup list - maybe EpiDoc should provide some documentation for how to join/ask questions on the Markup list.

• This has been resolved.

• Write *somewhere* a page on how to contact EpiDoc folks or require funding for deploying an EpiDoc workshop

• Both chairs will not be available for the April meeting due to prior commitments (sorry!)
