Agenda items:

  • Approve December minutes: EDAG 12/22 call agenda Ticket Sprint

    • Next proper release 9.5 after verse sprint

    • Technician: HC; EMy would be a very good candidate for helping with documentation

  • IV should we test and incorporate submodule stylesheets into EFES for this release? – added IV and GB as reviewers of the PR

    • MFi this should trigger a new release of EFES that is aligned with EpiDoc 9.5 [from EDAG 11/22]

  • EFES will try to make a new release, in order to include latest stylesheets.

    • Update ReleaseProc to include EFES release stuff (test, report etc.) + new tag in GitHub 

    • EpiDoc release technician to send an email to the EFES group in order to announce the upcoming release and that the release will trigger EFES’ one (when? D-28? D-14?)

  • Preparation for the verse sprint 

    • Marta will contact potential participants 

    • Date: Thursday 16th February 15:00–16:00 CET (Verse Sprint)

    • Suggestion: Examples for inscriptions with verse in EpiDoc github folder
