• Setting date for June 7, with release procedure starting that; announcement of release schedule should be one week from today (i.e. May 10)

• Announcement: May 10

• Last call for edits: May 23

• Call for testing: May 30

• Candidate release: June 2

• Final release: June 7

• We should fix the STOA upload: there is a bottleneck because only TE can upload to epidoc.stoa.org

• HC will try to check in with TE and see where we things need to be in order to run the the release later this May. 

• From Hugh: “Tom is working on setting up a new host server which we can be more flexible in granting access to. So we should be ok to do the release in the next week or so.” 

• EFES Plan a meeting in early June (after the release), 14 June, 4pm - 6pm CEST

• Gauge community interest: MF will send email to group + remind interested individuals

• Scott, Elli, Mitko (or Telamon), Tamara, Poli

• Add Elli+Scott to EFES-users group with gmail address - DONE

• Draft email for new EDAG chair + repoll from July

• Should make sure that we have overlapping chairs, 3 months overlap, 6 month total tenure.

• SJD and MF will decide which of them stays on
