  • Approve September minutes: APPROVED

  • EpiDoc map - GB invited others to contribute (or even just suggest places to add)

  • Release 9.3 (technician MF)—timetable as per ReleaseProc:

    • Notice of release schedule: October 19th (Release -28)

    • Last call for edits: November 1st (Release -15)

    • Call for testing / feature freeze: November 8th  (Release -8)

    • Candidate release: November 11th (Release -5)

    • Final release: November 16th 

  • Ticket sprint (wrangled by GB)—follow-up from September’s sprint (see issuetrackers linked below)

  • Next meeting: Weds Nov 17, 2021.
