  • Approve July minutes

    • No comments on July minutes: participating in OntoGroup (PL), one open ticket (TE/GB)

  • Has release process been updated? (TE, SD, GB)

    • SD made a small change addressing bug 170; should be ready to be closed

    • Date for next release, 13/10/2020

  • Assignment of tickets (GB unassigned a few last week—”future” until someone adopts)

    • Unassigned tickets

    • 79: no one jumped to adopt this

    • 103: no one jumped to adopt this

    • 120: assigned to SV

    • 137: assigned to GB

    • 140: postponed to the sprint

    • 142: assigned to IV (more examples needed)

    • 143: postponed to the sprint  (discussion needed) 

    • 144: EM will do some research (ligature 1-3, ask Bodel, look at TEI-Glyph Section)

  • Schedule new ticket sprint: 

    • First Announcement of Release Monday 14th September 

    • September EDAG meeting on Tuesday 15th September 1630-1800 (BST)

    • Breakout groups seem to be very useful

  • Report on Glyphs PR (EMy, GB, SS) topic for october:  Can’t discuss without Pietro.

  • Report on Apparatus PR (HC, TE, PL) will be topic for october meeting: Can’t discuss without Pietro.

  • Linked Pasts (London, Dec 2–16)  TK and PL will discuss EDAG/epigraphy.info/EONT merge

  • EpiDoc themed DCWiki sprint (November 2020?)

    • November (First Tuesday) because in October we should be working on tickets before the release.

    • Encourage people to get involved, and we need to show up.

    • A few weeks before, mail Markup and point them to the category page and ask for input. Hopefully they will also join the editing process.
