Tools should be checked against unicode plane-1 characters such as Etruscan

• chet-c partially copes with 𐌀𐌖𐌋/𐌄(𐌑)𐌉·[𐌌𐌄]𐌕/𐌄𐌋𐌉𐌑
• preliminary experimentation with CHET-C-JS is not promising. Plane-1 characters seem to be entirely invisible to Javascript's regular expression engine in both Firefox and Safari. Perhaps bugs should be filed with both projects.
