Minutes December 2016

1. Workshops: Athens, March 27–Apr 1 2017. (EMy+SS+?). EpiDoc training in Brown (Visible World, October 5-7, 2017).
2. EpiDoc Guidelines sprint report (see notes): EMo reports that we had meeting last week. GB reports that SV has volunteered to update guidelines XSLT over the Christmas vacation. EMy & EMo will take a first pass at tidying the notes from the meeting, and then we'll publish it in the Technical Docs section of the EpiDoc wiki with a view to user-testing by people who were not on call (e.g. TE).
3. We discussed the tickets and the to-dos flagged in the last call, and reminded everyone to implement or report (and close tickets as appropriate) before the January call (and in plenty of time for the February release).
4. TE has taken over FR120, and will try to arrange EpiDoc crawling via the library.
5. TE and GB made a date to discuss XSLT paramaters training materials, in January (FR93).
6. HC, GB and TE made a date to discuss EpiDoc div for figures/images, in January (FR117).
