done: 1. Review items for release as listed in this googledoc:

http://spreadsheets0.google.com/ccc?key=t-gJfA3QxeybDwls7rrh5eQ&hl=en#gid=0

Are we missing any? Add them.

done:
2. Figure out whether each of these has adequate readmes and license files already in the repos or not.

done:
3. Divvy up the work necessary to add/update readmes and license files for all those tools that don't have them. Do it.

done:
4. Check eachother's work on #3.

done:
5. Devise a release number scheme that makes sense across the tools.

done:
6. Divvy up tagging repos for each one for release. Do it.

done:
7. Divvy up exporting, bundling, uploading and releasing each one. Do it.

STILL NEED TO DO (RAN OUT OF TIME): 8. Figure out how best to link all this stuff in from the epidoc website. Divvy up making the changes. Do it.

done:
9. Look at how the releases are showcased on sourceforge. See if there's anything we can do to improve it. Do it.
