This is an EpiDoc UserStory

 

 

Summary

 

  • The community of Numismatists have been exploring the possibilities and requirements of creating guidelines and protocols in XML for publishing coins online, using the EpiDoc and SigiDoc models as an inspiration, as well as building upon the good work done by Sebastian Heath of the American Numismatic Society. The EpiDoc community and Guidelines need to work closely with this movement.
  • A meeting is planned in London, 27-28 October 2006 (see http://insaph.kcl.ac.uk/project/calendar/numisdoc.html ); we have funding for probably 2 more meetings
  • This will need to be built into the StardocCrosswalks combo
