Summary

• HC created draft guidelines for ~teiHeader usage back in 2003, which can be found at http://www.unc.edu/~hcayless/epidoc/draft_header_guidelines.pdf (PDF). These probably need to be discussed and possibly modified, but once done the necessary changes need to be made to the EpiDoc DTD so that the elements in question can be used.
